Waves of Wellness

Reignite your fitness goals with a little help from Paséa Hotel & Spa. Our famed Waves of Wellness fitness event returns this August 17, 2025 for a day of fitness, wellness and coastal vibes. This summer event will feature two fitness & wellness classes: a HIIT class led by local fitness instructor, followed by a Wim Hof Breath Work class.

After your summer sweat session, wind-down with shopping with local wellness vendors. Plus, join us for a sun-soaked after-party at Paséa's Ninth Island Pool, featuring cocktails, music and chill vibes to close out the day in true SoCal style.

Tickets are non-refundable. Pricing includes access into the event. Wellness food and beverage will be available for purchase at the event. Pool party tickets are available at an additional charge, and are based on availability. $15 discounted valet parking per person. BYO Yoga Mat encouraged.

1. Early Bird: $35 (now - July 31): includes access into the event, shopping with wellness vendors, $15 discounted parking
2. General Admission: $55 (August 1 - 17): includes access into the event, shopping with wellness vendors, $15 discounted parking
3. Pool Party: $30: includes access into the Ninth Island Pool, a welcome cocktail, and food available for purchase.
