Displayed in the lobby every holiday season, our life-sized Gingerbread Hotel was built to scale directly from our hotel's original blueprints. It features over 170 pounds of dough, 100 pounds of flour and 50 pounds of icing, and is up to 80% edible. You can look, but please don't touch - even if the icing is lick-worthy.
