Experience a spiritual cleansing session at our expert-guided Sound Bath Session. During this 50-minute session, guests are invited to unwind, recharge and experience a sense of calm with various sound frequencies aimed at restoring balance and tranquility.

Class is complimentary for hotel guests, and $15 for general admission. BYO yoga mats encouraged, however, mats or towels will be available to use if needed.
