For the enjoyment of all guests, please read the following guidelines prior to your appointment at Aarna Spa. We appreciate your respect and cooperation.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. To accommodate all our guests as scheduled, late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time.

Advanced reservations are recommended. To reserve your services, please call (877)382-0840 or book online. All spa services are guaranteed with a credit card.

Please provide a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments.

To make your experience as seamless as possible, a 20% service charge will be added to all spa services. Any additional gratuities are optional but always appreciated.

We welcome guests 18 years or older.

Please state a preference for a male or female therapist at the time of reservation. Please advise us of any medical conditions or if you are pregnant.

To preserve relaxation and privacy, please turn off your cell phones, cameras, and all other electronic devices.
