Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service. Each service will start and end according to the time reserved. To accommodate all our guests as scheduled, late arrivals will receive the balance remaining in treatment time.

Please provide a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. The full cost of services will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments.

For your convenience, pricing is inclusive of a 22% service charge, of which 16% is allocated to Aarna Spa staff, 2% to Aarna Spa support staff, and 2% is retained by Aarna Spa. Any additional gratuities are optional but always appreciated.
